1. Online Booking & Ticketing

Welcome to RANA JAHANZAIB TRANSPORT COMPANY. By using our website or mobile app to book tickets, you agree to the following terms:

  • An e-ticket or SMS confirmation will be sent to your registered contact number/email upon successful payment.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the passenger whose name is on the booking.
  • Passengers must present a valid government-issued ID (CNIC/Passport) matching the ticket details at the time of boarding.
  • Seat numbers are subject to availability and may be changed by management under exceptional circumstances for operational reasons.

2. Boarding & Departure

  • Passengers are required to report at the departure terminal at least [30] minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • The bus will depart at the scheduled time. RJT Express is not responsible if a passenger misses the bus due to late arrival, and no refunds will be issued in such cases (No-Show).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your journey, the following rules apply:

  • Cancellations made [24 hours] or more before departure: [10%] deduction of the fare.
  • Cancellations made between [12 to 24 hours] before departure: [30%] deduction of the fare.
  • Cancellations made less than [12 hours] before departure: No Refund will be provided.
  • Refund processing may take [3 to 5] business days to reflect in your original payment method.

4. Luggage & Baggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed a maximum of [20 kg] of checked baggage and one small hand-carry item.
  • Excess baggage will be charged at a rate of [Rs. 50 per kg], subject to space availability in the bus.
  • Dangerous, flammable, or illegal items (including weapons, gas cylinders, and hazardous chemicals) are strictly prohibited onboard.
  • RJT Express is not liable for the loss or damage of fragile items, cash, jewelry, or electronics placed in checked baggage. Please keep valuables in your hand-carry.

5. Delays, Breakdown & Liability

While we strive to maintain our schedules, RJT Express is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Heavy traffic, road blockages, or diversions.
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters (force majeure).
  • Unforeseen mechanical breakdowns. In the event of a breakdown, we will make alternate arrangements as quickly as possible.
